Standard Business Conditions

  1. Free exchange or return-law

    You can return any products purchased from the Ottoman GmbH products for any reason within 14 days of receipt free of charge and without restriction. If you exercise your right to exchange or return within 14 days of receipt of the goods, the contract is void.

    In case of return, the cancellation of the contract and credited payments already made by returning the goods delivered. If the goods have when returning signs of use or damage, we reserve the right to claim compensation.

  2. Transport Damage

    The transport risk assumes the Ottoman GmbH. If goods arrive with you damaged during transport, please use the free exchange or return (see § 1 SBC).

  3. Shipping Costs

    In the Ottoman GmbH pay for orders under 40 euros a flat shipping rate in Germany in the amount of 3.95 €. Intra-European countries, we calculate the shipping costs at the rates of Deutsche Post AG depending on the destination country. Likewise world according to the tariffs of the Deutsche Post AG or UPS. In this way the costs for postage / freight and packaging are only partially covered, the rest is usually the Ottoman GmbH In exceptional cases, we have to charge a higher flat fee. This will be agreed with you.

    If for technical or logistical reasons a shipment in several stages, we will charge the shipping fee only once.

  4. Delivery Exeptions

    We deliver as long as stocks last.

  5. Reservation of proprietary Rights

    Until full payment the goods remain the property of the Ottoman GmbH.

  6. Payment, due date, late payment

    The payment of goods is for new customers either in advance. In calculation, we only deliver to customers who have already ordered and paid for by us. Ottoman GmbH reserves the right to exclude certain payment types. Payment by cash or checks is not possible. We exclude liability for loss. For payment on account you agree to pay the invoice within 14 days after receipt of the goods in full. For regular customers also pay by bank transfer on request is possible. In the case of returns of any invoice amount may be reduced accordingly.
    If you fall behind with your payments, we reserve the right to charge you late fees charged.
